My Trustfire TR-001 charges AW 18350 batteries just fine, they come off the charger at around 4.17V, and no spacers required.
I recently bought a Pila IBC charger, final battery voltage is about the same, 4.17 to 4.18V, though it did require spacers. 15mm aluminium charging spacers are perfect (used in conjunction with the screw-adjust 15mm spacers included in the Pila charger). I read somewhere that it is preferable to use as few spacers as possible (to reduce resistance which can slightly affect charging), so I also obtained CR123 spacers (approx 34mm long, with blue covering), but they are too long - I will need to shorten them by about 4mm for a perfect fit, I didn't want to try forcing them in.
>>Edit: my apologies, I now see you are talking about protected 18350 cells, I was referring to AW IMR 18350 LiMn variety.
