Good 18650's for a mech

Can anyone help me figure out the best 18650's to get? I have a Lunar mod coming and I'd like to enter an upcoming cloud competition but I want to get a reliable 18650 with the highest continuous amp rating possible (I know I want to get my hands on VTC5's but I think that's an unrealistic dream). If anyone has had good experience getting genuines of whatever they recommend, it'd be cool if you could also post a link to where yours came from. Also, am I good to charge whatever battery you're recommending on my intellicharger i4? What charger do you use?

AFAIK these are real VTC4's from RTD Vapor. They are though about a millimeter longer than normal.

And these are VTC4's from Orbtronic with normal 65mm length.

I think the Intellichargers are fine. I like xtar, but that's just me.

Here is my "budget" list that work just fine with my nitecore chargers (I have five and all the same results) and have run all of them down to .08 (not recommended) with no problems whatsoever

yellow MXJO 35 amp
purple efest 35 amp
LG HE2
LG HE4
Samsung 25r

You should be able to get any of these for around 8 dollars or less but I get them from my shop wholesaler so can not give you a good link for them (that you could use lol)
