Wait...not so fast! There's lots of adapters around (Altsmoke sells some) that could maybe be used to adapt cartomizers to 510s.

Wellll...I think it would be the 510 to 901 adapter. I've read a few posts that the cartos will work on the 901s. Maybe someone will come along and help out on this. As for the 24/36 mg, there are several suppliers out there that carry them...Nhaler and vapor4life come to mind, also Healthcabin in China.

To the best of my knowledge, there isn't any ONE adapter (right now) that will allow you to put a cartomizer on a 510. I ended up making my own.
You can stack a couple of adapters and get it to work (video available here on the forum), or you can get the 510 -> 901 adapter and drill a cross-hole in it.. and that should work.
