This is my second time with vaping. This time, I did a lot of homework, found an e-cig that works for me, etc.

But, with all the homework, after two weeks, I wondered why my e-cig was good, but not as good as I hoped it would be.

Then I went back through a lot of past threads, and realized I'd been ignoring one important piece of advice that's repeated a lot here: longer, slower drags. I'd been hitting my Ego like a regular cig and often found it harsh and lacking flavor.

Now that I'm following the advice, I'm considerably happier with a device I was already happy with. My root beer juice actually tastes like root beer.

I did the same thing until I got a lil tipsy at the bar. Was sitting there and took in a long slow draw.... and my eyes shot wide open and I suddenly remembered reading that here. :D Made me a very happy vaper that night.

tiny straw thick milkshake????

This is exactly the way I learned to draw off my PV!!! :p Naw.. it was really those Chocolate Malts from Culver's that did the trick.

I still do it sometimes - rush past the ashtray, grab the e-cig, puff and go.

Fortunately I have learned to like crispy blackened root-beer (lived in NO for a while which may explain that).

Do you keep your e-cig in an ashtray?
I love it! My husband laughs at me for doing that but there are some things I just have to keep the same.

If you are still having issues with the type of drag using your eGo, you might want to try dripping with a LR atty & a drip tip. IMHO it is the closest thing to hitting an analog because it is a very similar in the sense that it requires a shorter easier drag, its warmer, produces a good TH and has good flavor. In other words it does not require a longer, slower, and/or different style draw to get a good hit. I've read on ECF here that a lot of people have tried different setups and a lot have found the one that works best for them and has kept them away from analogs. Do some research on the ECF and you may find something that will work better for you. Remember that every PV is different in some way, at least the ones I've used and I've had to adjust in some way to get the best hit from each.
