Hey guys. If this is posted in the wrong forum, feel free to move it.

I started vaping (blu) a few months ago & successfully quit smoking due to my new found love for e-cigs, but now I'm at that point where I feel like I'm back at square one - I need to quit nicotine altogether for a lot of reasons. Does anyone have any advice or experiences to share about quitting e-cigs? I could really use any, and most importantly I'm wondering if it's just as bad as quitting smoking.

I quit for about a week at one point and didn't like it at all - does it get better after that?

Thanks a bunch :)

We have many people here in the forum who have lowered the nicotine in their e-juice to the point where they have zero nictoine. Some have continued to vape without nicotine. Some have stopped vaping altogether.

Logic dictates it would be easier to cease nicotine with vaping. E-juice does not contain all the chemicals readily found in cigarettes. If you have vaped for awhile, you have pretty much detoxed from most of the chemicals found in cigarettes. With e-juice, the only thing you would have to detox from would be nicotine.

Note: nicotine is found in foods.

Are you vaping the blu disposable e-cigs?

If so, those actually have 24mg of nicotine...which is actually, at least to me, a high amount.

As others have said, if you want to reduce your nicotine you can cut down as quickly or slowly as you want. An option you don't have with analogs.

I use 6mg and that's as low as I would personally chose to go.

I like vaping though, I don't plan on quitting!!

Started at 36 mg X 40 ml per week and now down to 2 mg X 15 ml per week. Took a long time to get here but it was painless. I figure after I'm done with vaping the next step will be the hand to mouth action and being prepared for "triggers". Already have a plan in place and time will tell.
