Well done Milou!I didn’t know where to go until I eventually found the right products for me.
I searched for ages! I was welcomed to this forum a few weeks ago. Still a newbie but all the help I’ve been given has improved my health in such a good way! Thanks to those on here who steered me in the right direction. Keep it up. Onward and upward

Thanks Tadpole! That's about how long since I've joined. My favorite saying from a book I read long ago; Onward, ever onward. Staying off smoking has really improved my health for sure.
