That's in the "Soapbox" section, which most places is the Opinion section. The SB is usually pretty fair and balanced, but not always.

The piece includes a link to an editorial by the paper supporting the tax on e-cigs.

I wish people would Understand that when it comes down to Public Health or the Almighty Tax Dollar that the choice is a No Brainer to Most Elected Officials.
