EC Blends is hit or miss in my experience (about 20 flavors). Be careful when adding flavor shots and extras because it will alter the original recipe and may not taste as good - it's a risk. Some get flavor shots and love it while others not so much.
Also, some vendors offer sample packs, allowing you to purchase small amts (usually 5mls) of different flavors (sometimes you can choose the flavors, sometimes not) for a relatively good price and you don't invest much and get to try a variety of flavors.

i'm very happy with Dekang and Hangsen. Are they the best? No. But they are very good values. I use them for mixing with unflavored WTA.
