Good Customer Service

Today I ordered a Prodigy for my friend. He took a couple puffs off of mine and fell in love with it. I accidentally ordered a 510 instead of a 901. I tried to message them afterward the fact but I missed my life of opportunity. Either way the person who responded was very sympathetic and kind even though my order couldn't get fixed. Either way I still give them 2 thumbs up for the nicess given to me.

man i wish i could work for your PS... i love the customer service so much i'd like to help hehe...

Im trained to perform management, logistics, property managment, etc, and i can do it with IDF... let me know if you need someone with those creds =]

all joking aside,

outstanding service, they dont have to take the time to respond back to you, but they do anyway and thats just awesome... its down right good American! service.

Sorry about that, but I had literally just finished packaging all of the orders. If I can get into it tomorrow, I'll see if I can switch it.

If you can great if not its perfectly okay as well. I am just happy with the way you treat your customers :)
