To anyone doubting the level of customer service at puresmoker. I totally F'ed up my prodigy, cross threaded the tube and adapter. So bad, the adapter wasn't making contact with the switch, I was on a roadtrip and in a pinch I used a pair of channel locks to get the adapter to make contact. Needless to say, my adapter was scarred on the outside from the channel locks as well. When I got home I PMed Steve to see if I could order a new tube and adapter. Steve told me to open a ticket with Casey to send it in and he would se what he could do. I sent it in, and a week later (today in fact) I get a package in the mail with a brand new prodigy in it. The only thing from my original prodigy is the spring (because I bent it for better contact) and maybe the switch, everything else (tube, adapter and even the end cap which was fine) all new. I will say that my prodigy was still under warranty, but I've never seen a warranty that covers stupid, so I wasn't expecting anything from that. I was allready a puresmoker for life, so I guess this just proves again why. Steve, Casey, you guys are awesome and sorry, I'm sure you had a hell of a time getting the swich out of my old tube.
