Good Djarum Black Recipe anyone?

Just looking for a good Djarum Black recipe



i have never messed with tobacco blends so this will be pushing into new ground for me, but man do i love these things

Not critical but preferably using TFA. LA or WL brands? im very fond of the Wizard Labs store

I haven't figured one out yet, however it is on my short list of flavors to work on. It's the only thing I miss about smoking is those Blacks man!

I was told mtbakervapers made a good one but I want to make it myself that way I can try to tweak it and its keeps cosrs way down lol.

I don't know of a recipe but Mt Baker uses FlavorWest flavoring concentrates if that helps you.

Is tobacco Express the brand or is it one of those renamed lines? (like Signature= TPA/TFA apparently)

Pretty much the same thing. Both lines have that same underlining taste. But the flavors vary. I think this company can't make the same flavor taste the same twice. Djarum from VZ had this funky chocolate note that clashed. Sam Soe has this woody clove note that tastes awesome, along with a quite different tobacco base.

I've thought about this as well- I loved DJ blacks back in the day and would like to re-create this. I have some thoughts on the clove side-

PinkSpot vapors has a clove flavor (pre-mixed 18mg), that is so disturbingly strong that it melts my clearos, and is still a strong clove at 50% base dilution (50/50/18 base). The tone and texture of this clove flavor (not sure who's concentrate they use) seems like it would be a good start for matching the DJ's. I have ordered several tobacco concentrates from hangsen and was going to sample each, and hopefully one will be a good match to the clove in my attempt to get a good DJ black equivalent juice. I will post it here or in the recipe thread when (if) I manage to be successful.

It is actually the name of a popular clove cigarette brand

yeah I kinda gave up on looking at a premade...if you wanna try a diy it's more clove flavored no tobacco flavoring but it finally hit that clove addiction in my brain (i've always been a clove smoker, er was that is...)

lemme know if you do find a good one...I didn't really care for djarums too much I loved samporna xtras before they were banned from the us.

Shadav, I figured out a few years ago why us clove smokers have a much harder time quitting smoking. We are not just addicted to Nicotine. I did some research into Eugenol, and discovered that it is also quite addictive, but it isn't widely known because most people don't have daily exposure to it.

So when someone who smokes clove cigarettes like I did (2 packs a day! 8-o ), they are addicted to nicotine, whatever other addictive chemicals in the cigs, AND eugenol! Makes it impossible to ease the cravings with just nicotine replacement.

Even with my ProVari and chain vaping, I still have some serious cravings, but when that happens now I can just distract myself and after a while I am okay.
