I've had these 2 juices for a week or more now and OMG I'm tired of them. I can't actually even taste them at all. Even if I wait 30 mins or so between vapes its just warm vapor with no flavor whatsoever. I'm assuming this is normal? I have more liquid on the way but right this minute I don't want to vape at all. I'm entirely put off by the taste and I love the flavors when I abstain for over an hour or first thing in the AM but...ggaaaaaaaaa..
It's like vaping sun-baked poop and dust.

If you ate nothing but the same two foods for a week, you'd start hating them, too. Your senses of smell and taste will become dull to things they are in constant contact with. Try something completely different to shake them up.

When this happens to me, I make sure to immediately brush my teeth and mouthwash up. I drink extra water to hydrate up. I throw some peppermint in a carto and carry on. This is a common thing that happens no matter how long you have been vaping, I have found. Even my favoritest flavor in the whole wide world can turn bland on me. The good news is, it's temporary, and your tastebuds will wake up again eventually.

I call it "mud mouth"...lol. I got it bad about 30 days into vaping....lasted for several days. Still get it occasionally, but not for long. Biotene mouthwash helped, or like someone else said, brush your teeth. It will pass... I started out hooked on bakery flavors....now I'm preferring fruity. Who knows what I will like next month.....

This happens to me occasionally as well. I switch flavors up so much and I am thinking maybe I need to just stick to one or two per day and rotate between flavor choices each day. Also, found a flavor I think is terrific, Atomic Cinnacide, but it completely kills my taste buds on anything else for the next few hours after vaping it. The AC flavor stays consistent throughout vaping it though so that is great, but it takes awhile to recover from it..Not a bad thing at all because it is so good, however it makes switching flavors out while using it almost impossible.

I have been using Johnson Creek for a year, I stated off with their trial pack and found a few I liked, I am now buying trial packs from other vendors to see if I like them before committing to bigger bottles. Just vaped a cheesecake one and ewwwwww nasty, I was hoping for a replacement for my Jr's Cheesecake addiction lol, I guess I shall keep trying new ones till I have a few I love.

*Update* Ok so recently, I got a batch of Clear Water and could really taste it and enjoy it. The next day, I had a gum abscess which required me to use mouthwash more often than normal. Now I can't taste jack crap and I starting looking for a correlation between the events. Sure enough, when I use this particular mouthwash it wrecks my tastebuds. But the problem is that it's not just e-liquids that taste like ...., it's *everything*. Soda tastes like soda water only, just...everything is crappy and shot-out tasting. So I used some google-fu and what do you know...Crest Pro Health mouthwash has hundreds of complaints about it ruining peoples tastebuds for days or even weeks at a time which is exactly the brand I have. When I first started this post I was hitting the mouthwash more often than I would normally as well.

Buyer Beware!

I don't usually have this problem as I have so many flavors on hand...if one suddenly doesn't do it for me, another usually will. As already mentioned in this thread, mouthwash can numb the taste buds for a time. I've learned to rinse with water after using mouthwash, which does seem to help. I also drink plenty of water to cleanse the palate if my juices begin to taste blah. I've also read that soda can help. There are times when all my juice tastes a bit bitter...odd that my root beer juice almost always tastes good.

It's not just mouthwash that can do this to your taste buds. Just about anything can send them on the fritz. Spicy salsa from a Mexican restaurant for example!

It's also true in my experience that your tastes can and will change, while one day you may really like mango melon bee bop.... a week later you might be done with that taste (at least for a time!) It's kinda like eating food to an extent since we're dealing in the food flavoring world. You wouldn't eat the same thing day after day after day without eventually getting a bit tired of it. Your taste buds will get tired of it too.

Time also takes its toll on some flavorings. While at first mix they may sit strong in your bottle, a few weeks later you may find that some of predominant flavors are not as predominant as they once were. Some flavors can see the opposite effect happen and they can come to the fore front.

Anyways, you're not alone! It's all part of vaping. I think most of us find a few different 'go to's and then a bunch we just like to enjoy from time to time:)
