Good Juice Vendor Experience

I bought a .5ml bottle of liquid from a vendor had at VapeBlast. One of the bottles was fine, but the other was empty. It was sealed with a tamper proof seal, which looked intact when I removed it.
I contacted them via email, saying that I understand how these things can happen, but let me know how to proceed. The vendor was in Dallas and I am in Austin, so its not like I could easily just stop by one of their locations.
I got an email back the next day apologizing for the error and if I would provide my shipping details they would replace my order.
I assured them that it wasn't necessary to replace the whole order and it was just one flavor that seemed to have the error, providing my shipping information in that response.
The next morning I got an email with the tracking information.
Yesterday the box got here (just checked the email today though as I was out of town)... I picked it up and it was HEAVY for a .5ml bottle...
They sent me all the juices from that line! 6 .5ml bottles in my preferred nic level!!

It was a great experience for me, and I wanted to share it since a lot of people seem to have bad experiences.

Vapor Scence was the name of the company that I was dealing with.

gotta love the vendors from texas. lol My favorite store has the main store in austin, but has one in pearland close to me. they are always willing to do really nice things.

It's great to hear about a vendor, of any type, that understands they are in the customer service business and goes beyond what they have to do for the customer.

Most Vendors are super about an error. The couple of times I've had a problem they always toss something extra in to show they are responsible and caring.
