problem with popular e liquid vendor

3 weeks ago I did a large order with a popular vendor and when I received the order in the mail, 3 bottles I had ordered were not in the box, but the vendor wrote a note on my invoice that he was out of some of the ingredients to make them and would ship them the next week, but they never arrived. Just before I had received that order I ordered 2 more bottles of juice and they were to ship priority mail but when I try to track them it just shows electronic info received but it never updates. I have tried everything to get ahold of them but they do not answer emails, phone calls or support tickets. This is very expensive juice and I am worried that I will never get them and that I am now out a lot of money spent on them. Can someone give me any advise on what I should do?

There is a review section for positive and negative reviews. It seems as though your issue has gone on long enough to try resolution there (provided they have some sort of presence on the ecf). You must have give at least 1 week to try and resolve the issue before posting in the negative reviews section.

Try reaching out them via their supplier page here on the forum. A lot of vendors are very small operations and it's not unheard of to take some time to hear back from someone. Especially if they just had a big sale or the like. Not saying there aren't some D Bags out there, but for the most part they might just be human, and totally overwhelmed. I once had a vendor take a few days to reply to an email, and thanked me for not biting their head off for not replying instantly. Also, the USPS can be wonky and not update the info even if they've received the package.
