Vaperoyalty bad eliquid experience.

Just wanted to throw out some info on my experience with the company to help some people out or inform about my experience with vape royalty

Started purchasing from them several months ago due to their crazy fast shipping (CA to WV) and great prices.

Never had an issue until recently when I had placed my 4th or 5th order of Naked Hawaiin POG. Opened the box to find not the crystal clear smooth liquid im used to, but a bright yellow harsh liquid. Something wasn't right. So I emailed cust service explaining that this isn't the normal liquid I've always gotten. Didn't know if was a bad batch, old, or simply heat oxidized while in transit. Knowing e liquid sales are pretty finicky everywhere with returns or replacements, I didn't expect much, if anything. But spending 26$With shipping total on something that was not what I paid for I had to.

Zack from customer service explained to his manager that I'm a loyal customer and what he could do to help resolve the issue. So he got me 50% off if I wanted to re order a new bottle. Was pretty surprised actually after not even sending proof the bottle wasn't what it should be.

We traded emails back and fourth several times, and was by far the best customer service I've had with an online vendor. They seem to truly care about the customer experience with their store.

I offered to fill out a survey for him for the help but he just said its what were here for, to help our awesome customers. So I wanted to at least give them support somehow.

So if anyone hasn't heard of, on the fence, or had a bad experience. Give them another shot. They have some of the best prices, and lighting fast shipping. Always revive packages within 2 days. And their packaging is always on point and products and liquids very secure.

So anyways shout out to Zack from vaperoyalty.com most vendors would've said all sales are final sorry bout your luck.
