I'm in North Jersey and had hard time finding local B&M store around. My first experience was in one mall kiosk (I'm not going to name it) and customer service was good, but product and company policies sucked. Then I found another local store around and it was better than kiosk but lacking customer service especially since i was new to vaping and was gathering info.
By accident, I was selling my vaporshark dna and buyer turned out to be one of the owners of Good Karma Vapor. So I decided to meet the guy in the store. Store is located in Fair Lawn NJ and its a pretty small shop. But what an experience it was. Even though shop was packed, owners answered all my questions helped a friend of mine pick few supplies for his father in law and I also got few items that I needed. Prices are little higher than online but I had 0 issues with that since the customer service was awesome. Friend of mine ended up spending over $100 in there and I spent around $50 with no regrets what so ever. It has become my favorite store. Going back there again to get more supplies. Their juice selection is also excellent and they do mixing onsite for my weird requests
