Good lord, I did it. My first attempt at wrapping ever. 36 gauge dual coil build.

It is ugly as sin. I am bereft of words to describe the heinous appearance of this dual build. Old timers would stroke out, if they saw it. 36 gauge. 3/2 wrap 9.1 Ohms in each coil. Keep in mind I use the word "coil" simply because that is what they are called. This thing is a crime against humanity.

I don't even know why I did it, but my vaping partner in crime has been snotty about wrapping coils and I just got my first RDA, the beast of an atty Tobh 22650 to go with the E-Huge. The whole set up is ridiculous. I have tiny little monkey paws and can barely articulate the mod in the direction of my face for fear of smashing out my front teeth. Plastic drip tips it is. Metal, but only if I am totally stationary.

He handed me a set of allen wrenches and away I went. He told me, and I quote: "There is no way in hell you can wrap anything with 36 gauge."

He is retired elite forces and this is a point of pride for me; I'm taking him down. An hour later, and some hyperventilating into a bag produced two ugly coils in a really beautiful atty. Those ugly coils are all mine. I am off to gloat in his face.

You guys have been invaluable in helping me to get to the point where I would ever attempt to wrap my own coils. Guess I'm all growed up.

Good job! However, at the risk of being a wet blanket, are you sure it's 9.1 ohms? That's pretty high.. I don't think I've heard of anything above 3.0 ohms. If you're doing dual coils, that's 4.55 ohm.

EDIT: Just checked the coil calculator and figured you must have meant 1.9ohm at 36 gauge - perfectly fine!

Have you seen this yet? I don't go a day without it.
