Good mech mod + atomizer for beginners?

Generally, I'd say hold off on the mechs and RDA's, particularly anything rebuildable until you've more experience. This is what most folks may tell you. However, mech mods are fairly simple devices, but because of this, they also have no protections built in except for perhaps vent holes and/or a hot spring.
The Nemesis is a nice mech, well regarded, both clone and original. They say the Igo atomizers are good choices for beginners, but I'm not much into dripping.

Well, before I can respond, or give any relevant data, without smaking you around a bit, beginner from what stand point??? What is you prior vape experience, i.e. what the frak are you vaping now, and what is the vape agenda or goals by going to a mech.
Don't get me wrong, love mechs, though see them as simplicity married with artistry and science
. To maximize an mech and rba system, even regs, for that matter, takes a competent understanding of what makes vape possible, and of course, a decent understanding of batts, batty safety, ohms law, coiling and wicking potential, fluid dynamics. Tippecanoe And Tyler Too.!!!! or something like that. Just Vape long and Prosper.!!!!
Might I ask why you want a mech mod? Unless you are getting a clone, there are high powered regulated mods that can "safely" provide as much or more power than a mechanical. Most of those really powerful VV/W mods are perfectly happy to run an atty down to 0.1 ohm.
I would not want to use a mechanical, but that comes from being an electronics engineer and receiving more than my fair share shocks and freaky stuff happening. Not a crack at anyone who does, since a lot of the people on here who do use them are very knowledgeable.

Ok I will put the mech mod on hold.. for now...after many many hours and days of reading, watching, try to learn about ohm law, battery safety.. maby I thought I were ready for this

Depends on how much power you are looking for and what you want to run.
IPV v3 is a good 150w box.
IPV v2 if you only need 50w.

PSmoke Variant Clone 260w, new so not sure yet

I use the eVic Supreme mostly, which is only 30w but can handle 0.5ohm. It fires my Atlantis just fine.

An iStick and a mini Nautilus or full sized Nautilus work great together. Or the same Nautilus with the new MVP v3 which is due out very soon.

Everything I posted and actually every decent modern mod will run 1.2~1.5 ohm. Or did you mean to say 0.12~0.15 ohm?

Ok for starters - the words mechanical, mods, and beginners don't go hand in hand. But, if you've got prior experience with vaping, you accepted responsibility for your safety and the safety of those around you, and you got a pretty good grasp on battery safety, ohm's law, resistance, volts, currents (amps), and power (watts) - then lets gets started:
For a mechanical - yes - Smok Magneto is a good start - usually between $35-$50 based on where you get it. Features a magnetic switch, telescopic tube (to fit multiple batteries) and I've seen them come in brass and stainless. Pretty low maintenance until the magnets give - so if you're going with a Magneto - pick up some rare-earth magnets - granted maybe a bit on the pricey side - but it beats replacing the magnets in the switch every so many weeks.
Atomizer - For flavor - pick up something like a Trident clone or even a Kayfun clone. Again - $25-$50. Both are pretty good - the Kayfun - (Rebuildable Tank Atomizer) RTA, the Trident - (Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer) RDA - Both produce sick flavor. I prefer the Kayfun over the Trident just because it's a tank. And because I had issues with the Trident screws. So good luck. As far as clouds - MutationX or Doge. I prefer the Doge just because of the adjustability of it and in my opinion, better flavor as well.
Batteries - well bud - I can ONLY suggest TWO (2) BATTERY MANUFACTURERS HERE: PANASONIC OR SONY. AND ANY PANASONIC OR SONY BATTERY THAT HAS AN UNPROTECTED 30 AMP LIMIT OR HIGHER FROM THESE 2 MANUFACTURERS ONLY! SEE BATTERY SAFETY IF YOU AREN'T 1000% CERTAIN OF WHAT YOU'RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO! Wait, WHAT?! Unprotected?!? Unfortunately - protected batteries ARE in fact safer, however they do NOT perform well in the vaping scenario. So, be sure to look at Sony VTC4's, VTC5's and some of the Panasonic batteries for safety purposes.
And that's all I can come up with. We all start somewhere, and as hard as it is for me to start here, I figured I'd do my spiel first - answer questions later. Good luck - vape on (or VOOP if that's your thing) - and be safe. CW - Out.

Actually hybrid/safe chemistry batteries (those Sony's you listed for example) are much safer then "protected" batteries.
