I'd go take a look at Vaprev, they have a great selection of pretty nice mods including the King, genuine Nemesis, Bagua, and many others.
Found the Reonaut. I was waiting for that. LOL I am surprised it took that long.

Vaperev has authentic Stingrays in stock. I noticed that one too, very nice looking!
A good mechanical with no budget?? The possibilities and choices are endless ... an Authentic Poldiac w/all polished SS finish is just ... drool. I love the Turtleship (the real one), GP Paps 18350 (w/Senio dripper =slick AF), Vanilla mod ... there is a gorgeous Pinoy hybrid that I dig, Rou-something 
My favorite brass telescopic is the Sigelei 19e from Kidney Puncher. It doesn't look the best but for me it works the best. The version "e" have sorted out some problems with misfiring and the switch is very smooth. If you want a high end mech, you might want to check out vaperev. They have some good authentic ones.
Edit: Since you don't have a budget, Vaperev also carries the Otto Carter mods - they can run upwards of $1k though.

With the authentics it's all about finding out when a batch is going to be released, and then playing the F5 game.
The first batch of ZNA's was gone in 9 seconds.

Again, my one complaint is that the battery sits on the metal bottom cap instead of delrin.
Mine came with solid silver contact screws top & bottom (not silver plated), but otherwise identical to this one.

I hear ya ... I'm vaping a EHpro Caravela mirror finished 18350 w/all brass caps and pins, with a Kraken clone and the vape is MURDERRRRRR! In a good way
With a 1.4 ohm mesh build I am cloud chasing by default ... who knew?? This baby chucks the vapor, and the set up cost me $28 shipped from China , and its sexy as hail
