Good muffin base?

I'm trying to make some blueberry muffin.
I love the taste of my blueberry custard using flavor west blueberry. People say it tastes like muffin already but I need something else in it.

All I need is 1 or more flavors to play with so I can make a solid muffin base.
I've tried playing with sugar cookie, yellow cake and biscuit but no dice.

I'm running out of some things so I'm about to place an order.

No never used either just though I'd do a search for ya I can vouge for the vendor though there my primary source for flavoring.

Have you tried Cake Batter (CAP)? A little bit of it might make it more muffin like.

I have some. It's a little too heavy, like a dense cake. I need some fluff.
There may be something I can add to it but I haven't found it in my stash.

So that muffin gave me a weird taste. It tastes the way a burned muffin smells.
I forgot to try MTS with it...could help.

I couldn't find English toffee on bull city but I did get caramel toffee. It's good but still no dice.
I forgot to get marshmallow but I need to order some more concentrate tomorrow. I'll get some.

I wanted to make my own recipe but I may need to try someone else's.
I work alot and I don't have as much time to really hone in on stuff. I'm getting a scale and a 12 pack of 15ml bottles which should give me more time to explore my concentrates.

Thanks for the advice guys. If you know of a good muffin recipe or even a cupcake I'd love to get it.

The only recipes I've made 100% on my own is vanilla and blueberry custard. It takes alot of work and time to think something up and decide what you can use to replicate each note. My hat is off to you guys.
I've come a long way since mech sauce though.
