Good news for battery technology within a year!

Hi everyone. I know the fear of fire and explosion is very real with these lithium batteries. There is promise of a new battery technology that is solid-state meaning no electrolyte solution and it will have incredible energy density as well. We should expect to see them in phones by 2015, but batteries independent of devices should be available around that time! I'm hoping graphene starts getting mass produced. I don't know my battery technology nearly well enough to know if graphene cells could be made 30 amps, but at the very least we would get a lightweight high capacity quick charging battery for regulated mods...

Graphene has a lot of promise, I hope to see it become affordable and mass produced too

My hobby is RC Planes, I have been following battery tech for the last 21 years. A new battery technology is announced several times a year, every year, and none ever come to fruition. I will believe it when i can buy it....
