Excellent News, however buried in the article was the comment by one European Legislator that replacing tobacco cigarettes with electronic cigarettes without taxation would bankrupt some countries which thrive on the tobacco taxes. You need to follow the money to get to the root of all evil ----Taxes!!!

We all know it is not about saving lives by reducing consumption of burning tobacco, its about the loss of revenue from taxes and loss of revenue by drug companies pushing nicotine gum and Chantix that is driving the anti e-cigarette debate.

Nasty politics and BT, quoted from the article:
Tuesday’s parliamentary vote in Europe was on an update of tobacco rules that date to 2001. The initial driving force behind the current legislation, John Dalli, a politician from Malta, resigned last October from the European Commission as the official in charge of health and consumer protection after an investigation into a Maltese businessman’s solicitation of a nearly $80 million kickback from the tobacco industry. Mr. Dalli has denied wrongdoing.

Excellent article!!!!! Thanks for posting! :) Another step forward...............!!!!!!
