Good place for DIY Liquids

What is a god on line retailer for buying PV and VG base liquids and has a decent selection of extracts. Would love to give DIY a try but not sure of a good supplier to use.

I get my flavorings (TFA) at One Stop DIY shop. They have several lines of flavorings there. (not affiliated...I just like them). Also Wizard Labs has all the supplies you need...nic base and all sorts of flavorings. I get my nic base from My Freedom Smokes (again not affiliated) and my PG and VG base from Amazon.
