Good sites for 100% vg liquid?

Well I placed orders with a couple of different sites, and one of them was Virgin Vapor. Does anyone know which state they are located in? I'm just trying to figure out about how long it will take for my order to arrive.

She's in California. When I order from her, I usually receive my orders in 2 days, but sometimes three. That is with her regular shipping.

Tyleris' answer was more helpful, but I would add that she shipped an order to me in the Philippines that arrived in just under 2 weeks. Fastest I have ever received a standard mail package from the US. Amazing thing is she had never shipped anything here before.
