Good starter kit?

Hi all -
My boyfriend is wanting to get in on the vaping action and I talked him out of the mall kiosk path. I use a 808 and love it, but based on his preferences it seems like the 510 is going to be a better model for him. (I've already mentioned the ego/riva option, but he's hell bent on a smaller battery.)

Being a 808 user, I don't know what to recommend as far as a good 510 starter kit. My first instinct was to go with the kit from LiteCigUSA because of the price and the company's good reputation. If anyone has any other suggestions for a relatively cheap, good quality 510 starter kit (or any comments on the LiteCig kit) we'd appreciate hearing them.

A good one for him would be the Ego 1000 mAh or Riva 1100mAH from ? (wherever) along with some 2ohm 510 Atty's from Ikenvape.com, ya it's 2 different suppliers you will have to order from but well worth it.!

Thanks for the suggestions - right now he's opposed to the big batt styles, but I'll tell him to check those out.

I would go with a Joye 510 if he is insistent on a small battery but I'm sure he will quickly tire of the smaller battery's limited time between charges.

Cignot is where i got my 510 starter kit. Check them out. I don't chain smoke it so I get quite a bit of time out of the battery. My usual analog smoke volume was 7-8 per day. Yesterday one 510 battery lasted all day for me. Really depends on how much you smoke, etc.

Battery life is very dependent on time used. A standard 510 batt lasts me about 2 to 3 hrs. I am using Riva 510's & Ego's now and get about 8 to 10 hrs. average.

I always recommend the following to friends:

• eGo starter kit (regular, not the T) or passthrough kit depending on vaping place/lifestyle
• car charger adapter
• 2-3 extra attys
• 1 package of 5 empty carts
• Min. Of 2 15-20oz of liquid similar to cigarettes smoked
• Min of 2 5oz of liquid in a non-tobacco or menthol flavor that sounds good to the new vaper

@OP - So what did you / your boyfriend get?

I am a light smoker and got my first starter kit Standard 510 at cignot. fast response/shipping and great customer service (with a personal touch)

I got it for a measly $40. I just purchased some carts and ejuice from FSUSA today and hoping to get it by monday.

Congrats on your first starter kit!
I recommended the cignot kit to my boyfriend, but he hasn't ended up ordering anything - his original enthusiasm for vaping has dwindled a little. For now he seems content to limit his vaping to a few puffs on my 808 every now and then =)
Cignot seems to have a great reputation though, and it's among the companies I recommend to people who are interested in vaping.

I got my 510 kit at Cignot as well but paid $65. For that price it included a PCC and 2 5ml bottles - my choice - of juice. With the PCC it doesn't matter that the batteries last a few hours a charge - you're good all day!

that is a great kit, only thing i would specify LR atties myself, i think they are great. i understand people may not like the "big batts" but the eGo style looks a lot bigger online in pictures then it does when you actually get it in your hands.
