I mean, there's not much you can do to get more clouds out of the Nautilus. Ramping up the wattage past about 11W usually leads to burnt hits (really gnarly), and heavy-VG juice usually just gunks the coils (also really gnarly).

I recently scooped a Kanger Sub Tank on a whim, and it was a really nice purchase. Looks pretty fresh (a bit large) and it hits like a real champ. Easily rivals my .5 ohm RDA's.

The only issue with recommending a sub tank (for you) is that the iStick 30W might not be enough power. I mean, at 30W it'd probably be fine, but at 30W you'll be murderizing your battery life. You could scoop one up, see how it works, and maybe consider upgrading PV's if the battery life is problematic.

Are you getting clouds like this from your mini Nautilus? Are you using the BVC's for the Nautilus? There are 2 different BVC's. One is for the Nautilus, the other is not.

I go up to 18 watts on mine. No dry hits, no gurgling. Airflow fully open. I use 50/50 juice.
