So I purchased sigelei Zmax V3 starter kit. It worked fine for about 2 weeks, then "low load" started to appear on the screen and won't fire. I emailed the vendor multiple times without any replies. However, when I emailed him saying I'll do a chargeback, he replied in less than an hour lol. The vendor said "Sorry I can't do anything for you." Even though there is a 60 day warranty on the website, he said no refund or return. Not sure why he is running his business like this. I mean he would've made more money if he exchanged the product since I'll become a returning customer and spread the word.

Not saying don't shop here, but this is my story from goodejuice.​
