Hey everyone,
I just wanted to see if anyone else has had trouble with a recent order from GLV? I placed an order on 10/6/14, this being my 10th order or so, and after 3 days it still said awaiting fulfillment. Now, keep in mind that every other order has been processed, filled, and shipped within a day. I know it's normal for juice companies to get backed up however there were no notifications on their site.
So, I decided to send them a polite email just seeing what was up with my order. I received a very angry and harsh email back explaining that their processing time is 72 hours and that my order would be shipped out the next day (96 hours btdubs) or the soonest they could get to it. There was no explanation as to why it would take 3 days instead of their usual time, and let me be clear, if them being backed up was all it was I wouldn't have any issue. There was no indication this was the issue. Well, on Friday (10/10/14) morning at 10:00am I received an email that my order was packed and ready for shipping and I received a tracking number. So I plugged the tracking number into USPS and it said the 'pre-shipment information was sent to USPS,' which I know indicates that the package still hasn't been picked up by USPS from my insane amount of online orders.
Well, it's been stuck on that update despite re entering the tracking number several times and calling USPS to see if they had the package in hand (no). I emailed them again early this morning and still haven't received a response.
I dont know what is going on, they've always been so reliable. I mean, after always getting it out the day of or the day after, this one order has taken a week and hasn't even left their facility yet... So, to the point of this post, is anyone else having trouble with an order placed early last week with GLV?
I want to give them some credit and the benefit of the doubt, but after the undeserved harsh email and the rest of the happenings, I just don't know. If it continues, they may just lose my business.
