Hey Frog - this probably hurts more -
After less than 3 weeks in business our Google Checkout has been culled.
It obviously took some time to install and configure in the website.
And you have to buy a SSL server subscription to enable it.
Well, I would apologise on behalf of Google, but they can do that themselves!
- Unacceptable product category: tobacco and Cigarettes
"Google does not allow the sale of e-cigarettes or any other merchandise
which containing nicotine or other related products. As a result, your
account has been suspended. You may not process any orders at this time.
If applicable, any pending orders in your account have been canceled."
"But we do not sell tobacco or cigarettes!
Are you saying that it is not allowed to sell Nicorette type products using Google Checkout either?
We are selling an alternative to cigarettes - we are trying to save lives....
Can you forward this issue to one of your superiors or policy makers?"

However, please note that due to business considerations, at this point in
time, our policies do not allow the sale of such products through Google
Checkout.

effectiveness. I would surely escalate your suggestions to our policy
specialists, which they will take into consideration as we continue
