LOL. You know it would be one thing if they'd just give a straight answer but they run around in circles. I SWEAR TO GOD their helpdesk staff is Government run!
Interestingly enough I tried to call 866-2GOOGLE again today. After I enter my customer ID # I can no longer speak to a human...I'm given a message that says my questions can be answered online 24 hours a day. It repeats once and then a nice voice says "Thank you for calling, HAVE A NICE DAY! (CLICK)" I think they blocked me!
