I have a space on the plinth - unfortunately it is between 3 - 4 am on a Sunday morning! Even so, worth a plug for the e-cig. But what to do - legally? Any suggestions?

Though it is a shame about the time slot.
Would you be allowed to hand out flyers about the e-cig? Lol, I've just realised that may be a daft suggestion as I've no idea how high the plinth is or how far away from the general public.

The plinth is 8 metres high and about 4m x I think, 1.7m wide with a safety net around it to prevent me throwing myself off. I could throw the leaflets but that may be frowned upon.......and to whom? - all the chucked out drunks from the local bars still staggering around.....in the dark.
I can only take up what I can carry, how do I power the screen? I mean, it's not a bad idea but don't know how I would do it. Would have to be a very large screen that high up...........

Well, I've decided to take my Janty Stick up with me, haven't seen anyone else smoke yet - can't all be non-smokers - perhaps they just don't want to be heckled.
