Got a Vision TOX Cannon VV from GotVapes yesterday...

My Vision TOX Cannon finally arrived in the mail yesterday and all I can say is I'm not at all impressed. The device seems to have a mind of its own. Sometimes it will fire and sometimes it won't. Not to mention the fire button has already "caved" in on me less than an hour after using it. I wanted to post this in the GotVapes forum but alas I am a new member. I've submitted a helpdesk ticket to GotVapes and am awaiting a reply. This is really frustrating as I had high hopes for the TOX Cannon. GotVapes is a great supplier so hopefully they will come through for me. In the mean time I'll be vaping my EgO with a sad face. :glare:

They should replace it with no issue. It happens sometimes. It's a mass produced item, and a new one at that. I just got a Lavatube, which is similar, but came with a 1 year warranty. I's not perfect either. It works fine and the buttons are o.k, but the LCD screen wasn't seated evenly. It's always something. If I had paid $350 for it I'd demand perfection, but $60? Not so much. I feel your pain though. You'll love it when you get one that works right.

Cheer up though. I'm alternating between my eGo and my Lavatube right now. The ego ain't so bad. :)

Well... out of frustration (and impatience), I ordered one of these yesterday. I'm a sucker for new technology so I was sold on the Vision TOX, not to mention, the price point was just right for stepping into the world of VV. I'm sure once the bugs are worked out the TOX will be a fantastic product but I'd rather vape than tinker if that makes any sense. BTW still waiting on a response from the gotvapes team. Hopefully I can get a store credit on my purchase. If not I guess I'll have 2 VV devices once they fix the TOX.

Ya, I should have gone with the lava tube but I'm a sucker for new tech. Oh, and eGo will always be my first love ;) Although she maybe a bit jealous of my new friend. Yes I did. More out of impatience and frustration than anything else. Searching for the perfect vape can be time consuming not to mention expensive. I'm hoping my search has ended with my most recent purchase but I have a feeling its only just begun ;)

Welcome and sorry for your pain! It is beyond disappointing to look forward to a new item, stalk the mailman, and then it doesn't work right.

Yes, I'm pretty sure the mail man is wondering why I am so anxious to know if I have a package. Stalking the mail man has become my new hobby. When I finally get that new shiny and it doesn't work... Disappointing, yes. Frustrating, yes. Will I stop vaping because of it? NEVER! Glad to be here. Thanks for extending your welcome.

Waiting on mine as well. Hopefully this isn't a normal issue.

Ya there isn't a lot of chatter about the TOX so its hard to tell if this is a common problem or not. Here's to hoping this is a one off and not a global issue. Let me know what you think once you get yours in. It would be nice to compare notes.

Hi there,

I am relatively new to ecigs. Got the Vision Tox Cannon. In the kit it comes with 1 Vision Extreme mini and 2 Vision Extreme Giants. Since Tox is a variable voltage device, guys have any idea what is the safe voltage range for the cartos that came with it in a kit? I have been trying from 3 all the way to 5.5v. It seems that one carto operates beter than other. They vape pretty good, but on some a little plastic taste is noticable at 4 volts. Any help is appreciated.
