Got an Ego..NOW I'M A BELIEVER!!!

So I started my vaping journey the usual way. Had some people at work using the V2 systems and I was like "Easy enough, should work for me" So I spent about 80 on a V2 system at the mall, and I was able to keep to them for maybe three days. I went back to analogs so fast. I liked the vape, but it just wasn't cutting it. I was not a fan of the cartridges and the several clearomizers I tried always leaked juice. Well after several months of non committal vaping, I bought an Ego twist. It's the difference of night and day!! Ejuice tastes better, no leaking, longer life, ect. I am using a Stardust clearomizer at the moment.

So my question to you guys-
Any ejuice flavors you can reccommend? I'v been vaping papa smurf by flavorz by joe for awhile and it's been my fave.
Also, what are the best tanks to get value wise?

Anyways, I'm very excited and just wanted to share. Vape on!

Welcome and Congratulations!

I'm a big fan of Kanger changeable coil clearomizers. I use them all--T2 (top coil) and T3, baby T3, eVod and Protank (on my APV). They are all very good and easy to use.

I never recommend ejuices--taste is so subjective. My best advice is to read the reviews and order small samples, 3 ml or 5 ml bottles. Trial and error.

Good luck!

I don't have very much to say about the other methods (though I will report how I feel about the KangerPro when I get it), but the Dual Coil Cartomizer and tank I have works phenomenally! I kick up my ego vv to 4.7 is and it's such a good throat hit, with awesome flavor! Been using it hard core, and never once got a dry hit.

Congrats on kicking it up a notch :vapor:. Ego is a great choice and I started the same way with V2 and I really liked their cola flavor then they discontinued it. Months later after starting smoking again, I had some spark and researched to bring me to an ego twist and vivi nova tanks. I have no true negatives about vivi nova tanks. Good throat hit and flavor, easy refill, coil heads can last awhile. Occasional minor leaks and off hits are my only complaints. I am about to try some Kanger and they have great reviews. Don't think you could go wrong either way. Now start saving money because you always be sampling and trying to get that ultimate setup.

Welcome CaptainLeigh!! It's a totally different experience with an Ego and anything PV above it. Have no advice on the tank. I use a clearomizer and haven't had any issues with leaking. Knock on wood. Flavors are subjective to what you like. I really like coffee flavors and I guess I'm not all that choosy. I like them all.

Im fairly new too, but I have ordered a few juices I really like (out of several sample packs from various places). First, I love the Vanda from Johnsons Creek, as well as their Ranier. Vanda is a thick cloudy vanilla smoke that is heaven, and I dont even like vanilla usually. Ranier is cherry based and amazing. They are known to be one of the best companies and you can get 5 6ml sample bottles and a tin for 20 bucks. I dont like their Solstice, domestic, or menthol flavors. They have an island one I wasnt big on either as it tasted like popcorn, but the other two I mentioned are a must for any serious vapor.

I like my stardust type clearos - simple and easy to use and refill. I have the CE5's that allows the head to be replaced. I also bought a Kanger T3 bottom coil clearo (cool airy vape, no dry hits, easy to fill) and a vivi mini nova metal tank (tighter draw, replaceable head, easy to fill, hard to know how much juice is in there but safe for tank cracker juices)

All I can suggest is maybe you pay a few bucks and get a couple of different tanks / clearos / cartos etc from your supplier of choice and try them. They all offer a slightly different experience.

Finally, Mt. Baker Vapor is a great supplier for juice, and they are super popular at the moment on the forums - and rightly so. Excellent prices, good quality (IMHO), fast shipping and great original flavors. There is a dedicated juice forum that is well worth a look for ideas on flavors and suppliers.

Nice! The ego twists are pretty solid batteries imo. I've recently been buying juice from Mount Baker Vapor. They've got some decent flavors, and the prices are more than reasonable. The hawk sawce is what I've been vaping on and I can't seem to get enough.

Also, what Katya said about the kangers. I've only used the evod and protank, you can replace the heads on them so you don't have to re-buy a whole new tank. I actually just sold my friend two ego twists and a charger, along with them I gave him a vivi nova and a kanger evod. He prefers the evod's, they just give a cool hit with a lot of vapor.

Try Caramel Popcorn from Tasty Vapor.
Everyone likes popcorn and he's dead on for flavor.
Your best shot is like everyone says ... sample packs.
You'll spend more on this new "hobby" than you did on cigs to start, as there's always new toys.
Big question is .. how much will you pay for good health ?
You'll settle down on flavors and toys someday, and then it will all even out.
But at least you'll be able to run up those stairs without gasping for air.
No one looks "stylish" wearing an oxygen tank !
Congrat's, and welcome to the most friendly and informative forum out there.
