This morning I was filling up my Kanger T3, I got some juice in the breathing tube...

I knew I did so I blew it out hard for it bit. Stupid me, I took a test breath, and a glob of juice got in my mouth. Of course I ran to the bathroom and rinsed it out thoroughly.

My question is, how dangerous is this stuff had I swallowed it or allowed it to linger on my tongue? It's 18mg fluid.

Yup - you will live.
According to wikipedia it takes 60 milligrams of nicotine to kill and adult non-smoker (suggesting that smokers or vapers have a higher tolerance for nicotine). One drop of 18 mg juice is far too small to do anything at all.
Just dont drink the stuff.
However - that same drop is a big deal to your pets. If you spill any juice in your house and you have pets - clean it up immediately. The flavors and even the vg (which is sweet) all are attractive to pets.

This is sound advice. We're getting a new puppy soon and it's part of our "puppy proofing" plan to keep any and all juice locked away...among a whole host of other things.
