A little more information? Are you using cartridges, cartomizers, tank?

Sorry to intrude but Spacycase321 is a good buddy of mine that is trying to get back into vaping, he's using his standard ego mega batt with LR cartos, even on a brand new cardos, properly filled and 24mg juice he's still geringes of a throat hit and less vape than my old identical ego batt. My only guess is that it's either the batt has bit the dust, or the old stale juice he's using is just too old and stale.
That's my two cents. :)!
Good luck Casey.

I dunno about juice going stale. I have some juice that's months old and it's still the same as it ever was.

Batteries can go sour though. If you have a multi-tester you could check the voltage. There are even mods that will check the voltage under load.

From my experience, my Joye eGo's and Rivas have lasted a really long time, but like any battery, your mileage may vary. I would suggest testing the voltage, and also consider trying a new charger. It's a bit difficult to troubleshoot this without more info, but if you can provide a bit more, someone will probably have a good idea as to what the issue is.

If you purchased the batts as part of a "5 pack" that could be the issue. Those batts seems to have a high failure rate. I got some for my wife and the failure rate was approaching 50%. One way to check would be to attach the atty/carto he is using to a different power source to see if the performance is the same.

I thought the same thing, I've only had one flavor actually taste bad after a while and that was strawberry cheesecake, sadly that was my favorite juice. Other than that I think it's got to be the voltage. Then again he has gotten quite used to vaping on my 4.8v batts in my omega so that could be 100% of the problem. Not to mention the j-tank that just makes it 100x better vape. :)

You got a 5 pack of ego batts? I've never heard of such a thing, but at that quantity if the price is right, it might be worth buying that many at once, even with the failure rate.
Where did you purchase the 5 pack?

I love my eGo. I've been using my 900mAh batteries for several months, they get charged every other day (roughly one day of vaping off the battery because I use a Silver Bullet when I am at the house). I remember when I was using my 510 mega batts (I used about three of them a day before the Silver Bullet) after they had been recharged numerous times they started dying, I suspect that is the problem with the eGo in question. I seem to recall reading the my 900mAh batteries should take about 300 charges before giving up the ghost.

Have you tried his cartos on your battery and your cartos on his? If you have a multimeter, test the batteries for load and also test the cartos for resistance. Also, make sure the battery connection is clean. A little juice or pocket lint on the positive connection can lead to a poor vape.
