I'd personally avoid any ego vv mods. They're okay, but you'd be better off saving a little more and going the route of a Vamo V5 or a Smoktech SID. That and a decent tank will do wonders. I've been really fond of the Kanger Aerotank. It's brand new and a little pricey, but it's worth it for someone who isn't ready to cross over into rebuildables.

If you've got an ego now, upgrading to an ego twist wouldn't be much of an upgrade. Seems to make more sense to me to save a bit to get something you'll want to be in for a while, you know? Then again, this is all just my opinion.

Well I just ordered a vamo v5 from fast tech so I'll come back to this post to let you know how it's workin

I'm a big fan of variable wattage. I can produce pleasing vapor and flavor with my eGo Twist and a Kanger Pro Tank or HBC tank. Bottom coil is the way to go. My Cool Fire II with an iClear 30B dual coil really hits the sweet spot, though. My daughter uses a Smok Tech SID and is very happy with it.

I was looking at a cool fire but I'm not sure about it, I might have to go ahead and order one of those soon :)
