Now thats something... one of the batteries fell apart. Srsly, got it in two pieces. Probably something easy for a person who knows anything about electrics, but for me a tragedy

They have "contact us" form and i filled it. Still if anybody knows any emails - its always better this way imo.

Locha, I ordered from NJOY here in the states and if my experience is any indication, it'll be like a week before you hear from anyone. Not saying that they won't take care of you...but it takes them a bit.

They've just anwsered me. Anyways, I also ordered spare battery from Smokester's shop - that should keep me running.EDIT - And already they said they will sen replacement. I mean - are they nice or what?

anyone who orders from njoyinternational or jantyeurope at the moment is crazy...but i suppose you werent to know.
get a spare battery from pillbox or Smokester cheap...their penstyle batteries will fit the njoy...and you wont have to wait weeks to get it.

just out of curiosity...if you got spares and carts from Smokesters penstyle--why did you decide to send overseas for an njoy,when theyre basically the same ecig?

I think its called virgin fear. When i heard bout e cigs i checked many sources, including this forum. Basically i was looking for a product that would be seen as overall good quality in most places. Finally i had to decide between janty kissbox and njoy (both from european suppliers btw. its not overseas to go over channel
) and chosen njoy because many people were saying really good things bout they customer service.Why i name it fear ? thats cos i was scared that if i dont buy from some big distributor i have much greater chance of buying something that will not work, or will but not as good as one of "bigger" brands.
Smokesters shop came to me as a suprise - i like his cardridges, and his atomizer is as good as njoy ones (at least for now) but for the colour and thats not that improtant.
I know few people very interested in e cigs - and they are waiting for me to check it first. I will let them know what i think bout it and if they decide its worth a try i will tell them to go to Smokester shop instead using "bigger" brands (they might fall for the looks tho - burgundy one is a beaut).
To cut the long story short, i didnt know better and i was playing it safe.

You are mad lucky. It took me almost 10 days to receive a replacement atomizer after mine crapped out. I threw my atomizer away only to find, to my horror, that they sent an envelope asking me to send my old atomizer back. 8-o
Mark is really nice at NJOY america but, waaaaay to slow, IMO, in addressing issues. I'm going with Cashmere's 'Puresmoker' outfit from now on. Great prices and good products can't be beat.

My atomizer crapped out in the second week ~ I just called him and he sent out a new one. I got it 2 days after I spoke to him and I popped the old one back to him in the stamped envelope he sent. The great reviews I've read about the NJOY customer service is what convinced me to go with them in the first place (that was before I met darling Cashmere!).
Maybe you got him on a bad day?
