Kellie, good news! I see what the problem was now on the innovapor. site. All the huffing and puffing I recommended wouldn't have helped but... if you run into a stubborn atty... keep all of that in mind. Glad you're up and running now.

And don't feel to badly - I had a friend that was putting juice in the connection between the battery and the atomizer.... and both of his batteries are still working - another advantage of the 510.
