Hey everyone,
I got my DSE103 starter kit from ruyandirect about 3 days ago and have not had an analog since! The only problem I have is one of the two batteries I got only lasts about 8-10 drags (yes I did charge them for about 12 hours each) It was great at first but I am starting to notice that the taste is kinda funky now, like a burning almost. Should I order some spare parts for the DSE103 or get a whole other model?! I am already about $60 in the hole and am willing to spend another $50 or so. What should I do?! Thanks for any help you can provide.

Most members have more than one model because PV's do break and wear out. It's good to have at least two. Since you have the small one already that is an auto switch, I would consider a manual switch so you have one of each. The Dura-C/510 and Screwdriver all have very good support on this forum. And puresmoker is coming out with a made in the USA model today. Here are some links:

the burnt taste is the stuffing fibers getting burnt by the atomizer.

with tweezers or something similar...stuff the loose fibers back in the cart and make sure the cart is moist and not dry or drying out..if so top off with liquid

Good advice, I agree that should help. Gotta keep the carts moist all the time.
