Got my Ego today and have a question

I've been using a 808-D-1 and wanted to try the ego since so many rave about it. Evidentally I am not a heavy vaper because a cart on my 808 would last me almost a day. I'm finding that filling my carts on the Ego isn't lasting very long at all. I am having to refill the carts every couple of hours with the same usage of the 808. Is this normal? It seems I will burn through way more juice on the ego. BTW, I am using the PTB made easy cart mod (straw with PTB). Any help would be appreciated.

BTW, using a cheap chinese liquid atm if it makes a difference. I'm expecting an order from FSUSA in the morning.

It could be the cart - or it could be you - one way to find out is get an adapter and try the 808D1 cart in your ego. Adapters are cheap and you can find them on many sites - I bought mine here The Better Way To Smoke - Adaptor, 901 Battery to KR808D1 Cartomizer for $3.49. I find it easier to use adapters then change automizers or cartomizers when I want to change batteries. Also I fond the brand of battery I like best does not match my favorite cartomizer.

Cartridges do not hold as much juice as cartomizers. You can pick up some 510 cartomizers!

Hey Wheazy, you might consider getting one-o-these 510 to 901/808-D Adapter and screw that puppy on your eGo to use your 808 cartos. I use one on my Riva (same thing) and it works like a charm.

get a cartomizer and fill it by putting the juice bottle tip against the hole in the threaded atty connection end and squeeze slowly until you see a little juice start soaking through the filler at the other end. Then take a piece of paper towel and put it over the open end where the hard or soft cap goes and suck (paper towel helps keep juice out of mouth). It will saturate the filler and give you a even full carto.
