Got my kit from Vapor Nine today, I ordered the high strength menthol 24mg's. I smoke a little over a pack aday, so I figured that would be right dose, and wow it made me a little dizzy, haven't felt that since I was about 16 and smoked my first cig.

I like it though, pretty impressed. Not quiet the right menthol flavor for me, but I will try others until I find the right one. My girlfriend was impressed and no she want's me to order her one as well.

We was both wondering though as we both got a bit dizzy from the 24mg, we both have a tendency to smoke a lot. Trying to figure out what a good dose would be so you don't get so light headed from only a couple puffs.

One thing I still can't figure out is how dosage in the bottles work, like 24mg for example. Is it 24mg per so many drops?

Hoping to figure it out so can get about same amount of nicotine from 15-20 puffs as you would a normal cigarette, that way it will truely be more of a replacement for analogs. :)

I'm a bit new but I think the mg level you should use kind of depends on what type of analogs (and how much) you smoked before. From what I've read on the forums, it seems that people who were heavy, non-light smokers seem to handle 24mg+ better. I use to smoke about a pack a day (of lights) and also got a little light-headed with 24mg that came with my kit. I've found that I'm a bit of a chain vaper so I'm hoping the 16mg I ordered will resolve this.

That dizzy/spacey feeling should subside after a bit if you're anything like me. I was smoking a little over a pack a day and started with 18mg juice. It made me feel like that the first day or two and then I started getting cravings so I bumped it up to 24mg and the cravings went away and I never got that rush again. I think it may have something to do with the way you absorb the nic from vapor. It's different than smoke.

I would say keep the 24mg solution until you are not wanting an analog at all anymore then gradually try to step down. Ive been using the 24 mg solution for months now and just went down to the 18 mg and i barley notice a difference. The 18 is what i started with but i kept getting cravings for the real thing and it took me longer to get off analogs all together. As for a good menthol flavor i personally love the Johnson Creek arctic menthol. It's not a traditional menthol but it sure peats the spearament/pepperment taste you get from many others you can get it at $10 for a 15 ml bottle $20 for a 30 ml or you can get the 10 flavor sample pack (arctic menthol included but 10 bottles of 3.7 ml with all flavors) for about $21 plus shipping i recomend the sample pack because ive been a menthol smoker for years but there are many other good flavors out there than just plain menthol. Experament have some fun and welcome to the wonderful world of vaping!

Ok cool, thanks guys. btw, girlfriend showed her mom she's been smoking for 30 years and now she wants one as well.... Converted 2 on day one! :)

One last question, I was reading about refilling carto's but I couldn't seem to find anything about how many times you should refill them. Do they loose effectiveness after so many refills?

Been using it off and on for last hour, dizziness isn't so bad now.

the thing with the dizziness is it takes some getting use to IMO. Kinda like when your 15 or 16 taking your first drag off an analog. The thing is there are other things in analogs your addicted to and your body isn't use to getting just a straight nicotine rush. I was getting the dizziness at first but am fine now and even still get it when I have a stretch of 15-20 min's straight vaping because i lose track of the time. Thats my 2 cents anyway.

I used to smoke at least 2 packs a day for over 40 years and I started vaping 6 months ago and used 24mg juice which worked great for me. I have been steadily cutting down on the nic and now I am making my own juice and I am only at 4mg with no problems at all. I hope to get to zero in a couple of months but will never give up vaping. Try lots of different juices from different suppliers because even same flavors from different suppliers will be different.
.........................HAVE FUN...................
oH AND DON'T FORGET TO GET BACK UPS
