Hi, I just got this awesome device yesterday, altho I actually quit smoking a few months ago, I often felt the urge to do the occasional cig, so i thought I would get the e-cig since my body is actually protesting my smoking even one real cig after quitting... anyway , i dont have any niccotine addiction, so I only do the nicotine free liquids. I havent really tried any liquids yet, got it yesterday, but I will soon try all kinds of tastes...
Anyway, my only worry is how will this affect my lungs and ability to exercise? Because I am a regular runner (i run 10 kilometers 3-4 times a week) ... so I'm wondering if this will have any negative affects on my running times and lung capacity?

Also, how much is normal to "vape" daily? I used to smoke only like 5 cigs a day or less, so i was not really a heavy smoker.

My friend welcome to our world. I dont understand why people are running after vaping when they are not a smoker. put some branch on your mouth like lucky luck.
I was a heavy smoker and I would not walk fast pace as I used to. My breath would not allow (easy I am 60) but after vaping 10 months I can maintain my pace now. So I wouldnt think it should effect your running. But if I were young and in your boots I would never go near a cigarette or vaping device with everything I have seen during my 60 years. Go away my son. Out any bad habit

The only limitations have to do with nicotine and you're going to vape zero nic... so as much as you wish. If I were you, I wouldn't inhale at all. You're just wanting flavor and lungs don't have taste buds. Why would you even want to? Pipe smokers don't and I don't as a vaper. I do use nic but its absorbed in the mouth/nose so inhaling isn't necessary even for nic. Just go for the kind of vape you want... ie: PG/VG ratio and flavor. PG carries flavoring best and VG makes the most vapor. Good luck to you.:vapor:
