My venerable Ego finally gave up the ghost after a rigorous 5 months of service as my only PV (button failure). It was time for an upgrade. Because of the unplanned nature of the purchase, I trotted down to my friendly local vape shop (The Vaporium in Lakewood, WA) for a Lavatube Mini.
It's only been about 24 hours, but so far I am lovin' this PV. It feels solid in my hands and the button is easy to find without looking. I wasn't fully convinced that I need variable voltage, but a quick run through some cartomizers that were nearing the end of their service life (according to my old Ego) tells me that variable voltage will likely save me a few bucks on expendables. And, I find that upping the voltage just a tad is unlocking the hidden flavor in some of my home-brew juices.
So far, so good.
