I'm a tat person myself, i have "just enough" but always get a new one in the summer ...this doesn't get you off the hook for this Dec. 9th though...haha

wow, love it!!!! I'm getting a big blue buddah sitting on a lotus on my back! I have leg sleeves and misc. others here & there...LOVE tattoos! yours are AMAZING!
I even have flowers on my feet

I think those of us that have several, always get a cover-up...I know I did

I got tired of trying to count mine, I have over 30 of them but I just count them this way:

I have ONE tattoo. I covers my entire body, but it's just not done yet.

It's funny because the dragons that are a cover up are covering my 1st professional tattoo. My artist covering it up is the daughter of the woman that did the 1st one. The one that is covered up still looked GREAT 20 years later, I just changed my mind about what I wanted there. LOL!

I tell them these answers to those questions:

1. No, it didn't hurt, my artist didn't feel a thing
2. I don't pay for mine because my best friends own the tattoo studio but at an average of $100 an hour regularly my body is worth more than their car
3. "right here on my arm/leg/hip/ back" or where ever I have it placed, then I laugh and tell them Dante's Studio Tattoo in Henderson Nevada, tell them I sent you.

I think I'll get my geisha finished this week. I've been putting it off in favor of new work for the last year and 1/2 lol!

some of mine have been free for referring so many people, LOL...but my guy gives me a great price, so I don't complain. He charged $75 for the castle and mountain and added the tress, clouds, etc....not a bad price at all! He gave my mom 2 free for Mothers' day last year

LOL! We've kept a running tab, and "secondary" tab of the people I have refered in the last 20 plus years. I personaly have sent them 2,118 people to get tattooed, and THOSE people have refered over 5,000 others. I also help at the shop about 4 nights a week, do all of their cleaning, and work the desk, answer the phone, run errands, everything except actualy tattoo myself. I have turned down an apprenticeship 10 time now in 20 years. I just don't have the time to devote to it. Oh well, maybe after I retire in 8 years.

Just kidding by the way, the soon to be ex is/was a stripper and Marilyn Monroe look alike. Some how I do get pretty women. I don't know how, but I do.

I'd love an apprencticeship. My son is at the Chicago art instuite, told him to go into tats (he isn't) LOL I'd like to think he got his talent from me
