Okay, got one of my orders since I already went ahead and made another order!:mail:

Got my order with the clearos and the 24 mg Country.

Loving my first few vapes on the clearo. People are talking about they can leak. Where do the leak from? If I keep it upright am I good to go? Can I take it off and set in a tray in the upright position if I want to charge the battery or take it off overnight so if it does leak, it won't leak onto my battery??

Got red, pink and black.

I also got my silver big battery. Went with the 900 this time. This will look so good with my colored clearos. Yee Haw!

The CE3s are on there way. This is my ticket to smoking less. I will still be using my cartos when I am going compact or incognito but I am loving my nice hits and my great vapor, so far.:vapor:

I've never had one leak, yet (will put in that qualifier). I usually don't fill them full, just to the 1.4 mark. Normally, I keep them tip up while carrying them or in the car (ash tray in the concole), but around the house they lay on my desk, dining room table or end table. So far, knock on wood (hollow knocking sound coming from my head) no leakers here.

+1 I've never had a big leak. I have gotten the hard draw kind of gurgling. When that happens, I take it off, wipe the battery post, twist the corner of a kleenex and put it in the hole in the bottom of the clearo to get the condensation and juice out and proceed to vape. It will condensate on the battery occasionally but you just wipe and it's no big deal.

Ya know, I've never had that "gurgle" effect. vaping it heavily, aka continuosly, does lead to some condensation, at least I think it's condensation, on the battery post, but nothing substantial or more than on a 78mm with a CE3 used the same way. I will say that really clean batteries make a big difference. I cleaned my 78mm batteries today using a small brush I have for cleaning mini spray guns and some isopropyl alcohol. The amount of gunk I got out amazed me and I clean my batteries every time I charge or change a cartridge/CE3/clearo. I did "blow them out" with cqanned air before I used them, isopropyl tastes terrible!

The only time I've had one leak was when I overfilled it. I think some people get carried away puffing and that can create a siphon effect causing a little juice to go down the tube. I have 10 Clearos and use them exclusively so I think people are either not following the filling instructions by overfilling or allowing juice to come in contact with the center tube when filling. I leave mine laying on the table all night and have never had one leak from that either. My experience with Cartomizers is exactly the opposite they leak all the time and you can't tell when they are full or empty unless they leak or you get a dry hit YUK.

Maybe I just have bad luck with them. I don't overfill them, often just over halfway around the 1.2 mark. It's rare for them to actually leak, but I have had ones in my carrying case that are mysteriously empty when I pull them back out.

Mostly what I get (rather frequently) is a "gurgling" sound and when I disconnect it, there's liquid pooling on the battery. I wipe it off and have to blow through the airway to get the rest of the juice out of it. I'm pretty sure this is considered "flooding" rather than "leaking," but basically I can't use these things without having a paper towel handy.

I purchased one of their newer versions hoping it might have less problems, but it works about as well as all the others I've tried (I've used ten different clearos and every single one of them does this). Maybe it's the high VG ratios of the juices I use, I really can't say for sure. I just haven't had a single one that didn't require a lot of fiddling and wiping and blowing through the airway to clear out juice.

Well, I am using the pink clearo and loving it! I think I need to step down to more 18mg juice and save the 24mg for the early mornings and when I am craving a ciggie since I am getting some great hits and loving my vapor:)

I'm glad you like them. They're great when they work - clean taste, easy to fill, and hold more liquid than a carto.

I dont know about anyone else but I bought a black one and I kinda hate it, you can't see how much sauce is in the clearo without shining a flashlight on it.

I also had one leak once but then I started cleaning everything out after a refill, the tip, the bottom and even running a paper towel inside to get the post inside before vaping and I havent had an issue since. I have one clearo that has 100% vg and I havent had an issue.

I am kinda chomping at the bit to try the older version CE3 and buy the new ones though.

I have mentioned this before. I never fill above the 1.2 line, and don't take it off the battery when I fill. I never get any nicquid on the battery unless I fill over the 1.2 line. I only move it from battery to battery and clean them every couple of weeks. The less you fiddle with them, the better they work. I have been using them exclusively since SI released them. I use blunt needle tips on my bottles and that makes filling/refilling about a 10 second event. I had a few early on that dripped excessively on the battery. Nothing worked to fix them and they got tossed. I haven't experienced that recently though.

I am looking forward to trying the "new" ce3's when they come in though.

Sorry but I have to fiddle with everything but I never get any juice on the battery unless like you I over fill it. I change Clearomizers 5 or 6 times a day because I keep different flavors in them all and the colors help me keep up with whats what. Which is a good thing as I have a terminal case of CRS.
