Just got my Protank 2 in the mail today. Ripped opened the box, filled it with liquid, and screwed it onto my GGTS. The vape was kind of weak, I was getting some dry hits from time to time, and it wasn't pleasant at all. So, with my experience rebuilding RBAs for a long time, I tore apart the base, rebuilt it using 32g A-2 Kanthal and a German-made silica wick. Around 4 wraps or so, which gave me a ohm reading close to 1.5. I also added a cotton wick on top for the flavor wick. It is now vaping like a champ and I'm liking it so far.
I closed off the airflow control on my GGTS and the draw is exactly at what I want. I hope it will continue to give me a nice vape.
