Got my second order today.. Oh NO they forgot my Choc. :(

So I got me second order in today. Got my brother an UU kit and a few cart’s and juices for him along with a few cart’s and juices for me but they forgot my 5ml. Choc. . But they did give me a manual pass through because my first order was the manual UU kit and ended up getting an auto pass through, so that was all fixed, Thank you guys. Plus I got extra bubble wrap man do I love popping it. lol

I am going to have to place another order also as one of my friends want me to order them an UU kit also. I even got about 4 people so far to place an order for the UU kit. I should work for you guys. lol But I can say that V4L and the VK is definitely working for me.

I should prob. give a pm to Steve or Mark about my missing Choc.juice. Anyone know which one of them I should contact? I don't want to bother Steve since I know he is dealing with China maybe I should contact Mark??

Any suggestions??

oh no! I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get your chocolate!
Both Steve and Mark monitor the boards - I bet one will see your post and let you know if you should pm them or just put that info in the comments section of your next order.

Not to worry they will fix the problem and make you very happy... Just let them know and they'll take care of it right away... I had an issue with something that wasn't sent with my order and i contacted steve and he made it right... He's an awesome guy

Thank you Mark, I will be placing another order soon I am sure so I will just make a note on my next order about it. You guys are great. I have to admit I am always Smilin when I get that package in the mail even if something is missing
