So after hours of fiddling and poking and wrapping and coiling and reoxidizing I got it! Vapor is great th is good and the flavor is back, oh how I missed you so lol. 400 mesh 1.5x3.25 rolled tight, 5/6 wrap 32 kanthal at 2.4ohms and rocking around 5volts. Going to enjoy my success untill next week when my dripping ra comes then ill wrap another coil, would like for it to be around 1.5-1.7ohms so im thinking a 3/4 or 4/5 wrap.

Getting my aga set up was a PITA!!! literally probably coiled and recoiled at least 15 times cause i kept popping the wire at the pos post connection trying to adjust the coils for hotspots. after about 20 minutes of trying to adjust each one the wire just gives up the ghost. took me about 4 hours or so of doing and redoing but finally got it right. I discovered with the aga the pos post is a bit to far away from the wick....soooooo being the smart guy i want to thing i am i rolled a double thickness wick!!!! i basically cut an L shaped piece of mesh and rolled so that the portion of the wick on top of the hole was thicker than the rest. bringing the top coil closer to the post. just be sure to oxidize the piss out of the wick or it will never stop shorting. I heated and cooled it as least 10 times before it worked. Also when working to loose the hot spots i found using a needle nose tweezer and just barely squeezing the coils one at a time until they all glow evenly worked the best for me. the poking and prodding was proving futile since as soon as I pushed on one side of the coil the other side would separate from the wick. keep in mind this is my first rba so my coiling ability could still use some work but it has been running now for about 2 days fairly non stop as i myself am a smoke machine and flavor throat hit and wicking are all golden. so far not one single harsh/dry hit. the AGA from what I read can be difficult to get setup though so i don't feel to bad. I am going to try the rolly paper trick on my next coil/wick and see if I can get better results. but so far killer vape. stupid clouds of vapor and fantastic th. good luck with yours!!!

The flavor on mine isnt there yet but I am using light fruity juices so it might take some time. Heres a pic or two of the outcome.

Did you wrap it with gause or anything?
I thought about it after watching Rip's video but the vanilla I have in one f my tanks ends up way too sweet that way. This way for me tones the sweetness down without taking out the vanilla. I don't know why this is but it is for me.
