As I have posted a few times across the forums, I am completely satisfied with my egos, but in the last 36 hours or so I have developed an unnatural obsession with the pretty Infinity Pro. My batts are only 1 1/2 months old so I am trying to hold off on the upgrade, which means it will probably be about a week before I order. After all, smokers attempting to be ex smokers are not known for our self control, are we? ;)

So I have a few questions...

1. What is the difference in the buzz pro and the infinity pro? Looking at info on notcigs (for the 100th time lol) and here it seems that they are much the same in features and output. Is it mostly cosmetic?

2. Speaking of cosmetic difference, does anyone have a pic of the two side by side they can post? I would like to get a better idea of how they look/difference in size and such.

3. I know I am the one who has to make this decision, but I would like input- I love the purple one, but I am thinking about the silver instead. My reason is that a different color drip tip would look weird on the purple. Then again, I could stock up on drip tips that do match the purple... but the silver is pretty sleek looking too... Oh, I don't know!!!!!

4. How many batteries should I get with it? How long do they last before they no longer recharge?

I guess that's all I can think of for now.

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...scussion/256261-infinity-pro-vs-buzz-pro.html

Infinity is thinner and longer
Buzz is shorter and wider

Other than that, I am not sure why the Buzz is $30 more than the Infinity.

I got my Buzz used for $110 with 2 sets of batteries. I prefer the wider body, as it is easier to stand the thing up. If I had to pay retail price, I would have bought the infinity to save the $30. I am sure someone here can answer the difference better.

Welcome tidegirl!

The difference IS cosmetic. The Buzz Pro is a bit shorter and fatter, and the Infinity Pro is longer and thinner. They perform the same in every way. ;)

2. Speaking of cosmetic difference, does anyone have a pic of the two side by side they can post? I would like to get a better idea of how they look/difference in size and such.

Someone will be along with this info for you....there are a few posts with side by side pictures here somewhere...

3. I know I am the one who has to make this decision, but I would like input- I love the purple one, but I am thinking about the silver instead. I will be of NO help on this one either as I am a PURPLE BP owner, but I would LOVE to have a chromed out BP!!! It's just a matter of which color calls your name! lol

4. How many batteries should I get with it? How long do they last before they no longer recharge?

I started out with 2 sets of Powerizers, and just got another set, for a total of 3 sets to cycle through. There were a few times where I would put a set on the charger and grab the other set only to find that I forgot to put that set on the charger!!! ***cries*** with 3 sets that hasn't happened.....YET! lol
The second part of your question I will leave to someone else as well. There are some here using the same batts for a year or more!

HTH! Whichever PV you decide on, let us know so we can take the ride with you!!!

Thanks for the info! I would still love to see a pic side by side if someone can post it, but I am leaning to the infinity.

I would also still like input on your thoughts about the color. I love purple, usually buy everything in purple, but I am leaning toward the versatility of the silver. I have some clearomizers on the way to me now, so I guess I need to see what they look like in person, and if that is going to be what I want to vape, to decide what it will look best on.

I have purple. I love the purple, it's beautiful. I strongly suspect that I will end up with a silver one someday too. I have a purple tip from madvapes on it. the colors don't match, but it doesn't look bad. I also have a silver one (looks ok, but not great) and a bright pink. Doesn't look as bad as you would think, but none is perfect. I really want a purple tip that really matches. I have 2 other tips arriving today, i'll see how they look and report back.

I love chromed or silver and purple both, so I'm not good to make a decision. I got purple because there was a blemished one cheaper.

I have 2 sets of batteries now, but I ordered 2 more. I'm afraid of forgetting to charge a set, and getting myself in trouble. No input on battery lifespan yet, as I've only had mine a bit over a week. I've been reading up on batteries though, and it looks like the lifespan changes depending on how far drained you run them. I think these are supposed to go 200 cycles.

Don't know if this will help you or not, but in comparing my BP and IPro, the BP is like holding a roll of nickels and the IPro, a roll of pennies. (Width wise that is, neither are heavy)

The BP is the same in diameter as a nickel, and a penny for the IPro. Stand your eGo on a penny and you'll see the difference and do the same with the nickel. (Sorry I can't do pictures for you) In height, the IPro is about 3/4 inch taller.

I've had other similar mods and the BP and IPro were surprisingly light to me.

They both perform the same, no difference there. In all honesty, the BP and IPro are the best mods out there. You won't find a more versatile, user friendly, dependable mod than the BP and IPro. You'll be thrilled with either.

I couldn't chose which one I like better than the other, I love them both. I use both of them equally. Right now, I have tanks on each. All depends on which juice I want at the moment, that's the one I grab.

Can't help you on the color, they're all gorgeous!!! That's the only thing you'll find difficult about the BP or IPro. :) Good luck!

Welcome, and congrats on your choice of pv!!! Here is a pic of my current collection. I didn't think that I would like anything better than my Bp, until I ordered my Ipro... It is my #1 go to, period.. The only reason I can think of as to why that is, is the size of it. It is slimmer and just seems to be more comfy in my paws.. It is a lil taller and I seem to like that also, I didn't think I would. I basically bought it for a back up. My original buzz is now my back up to these 2. Hope this helps.

I got the "slate" and "pewter" anodized tips from madvapes today. The pewter is actually a good color choice. I peeled the paper off my black cartos, and it makes a uniform chrome(ish) color.

So there is really a color that works with the purple. ;) I haven't gotten a collection of the nifty colored ones yet, but that swirl purple in the above pic looks nice.

The one on the the IPro I got from GotVapes, it's called "Lilac Vase" (or something like that), and the one on the BPro is from Big Daddy Vapor, it's called "Purple People Eater" :)..

I was going to post that because I recognized it and I know where you shop. ;) I have the blue version and love it.

Here is another side by side with different color options for comparison! (gee these photos are getting a little bit of mileage today)

1: A beautiful mist in the woods BP with 801 connection and brass caps
2: Purple IP with 510 connection chrome caps
3: Purple BP with 510 connection brass caps
4: Silver IP with what I believe is an 808 connection (maybe) brass caps (the brass and silver is a very sexy combo)
5: Beautiful Mist in the woods BP with 801 connection and brass caps
6: Black IP with 510 connection (lying down) brass caps
7: Black BP with 801 connection (and you can even see the blue powerizer battery through the hole) brass caps
8: Blue IP with 510 connection chrome caps.

OMG!!! Obviously y'all really love these things!!! Maybe if hubby gets upset about me ordering one I can show him these pics and tell him just be glad I am getting ONE.

One thing is sure about the color choice- which ever one I get I will wish I got the other one. The grass is always greener, ya know. ;)

At least a few more days of thinking to do here, but I doubt I will be able to resist much longer than that. The fever just keeps getting worse.

Oh, Ma'am... the penny nickel comparison really helped too. I actually have a roll of pennies (never seem to be able to collect enough nickels for a roll), so I could check out the feel of the diameter at least on the i pro, and get a reasonable idea about the buzz from that.
