I recently had a bottom coil replacement for a kanger t3 that i ordered from got vapes have an issue. The wick was missing from the coil entirely. I contacted the support for got vapes and just sent a little FYI to them so they could have records for there quality tracking. By no means did i request a new one or anything but Daniel sent me a new one the next day without being asked without no hassle. I was very pleased with them and they have truly earned themselves a repeat customer.
